Warning

Please note that unlike many online and imported diesel particulate filters, the filter substrate on our products is full size to comply with Australian Design Rules (ADRs) under the Motor Vehicle Standards Act 1989. Following Euro emissions standards. Euro standards are recognised as the only truly international standards for vehicles under the World Trade Organisation rules, to which Australia is a signatory.

Warranty

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect All our parts come with our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering faulty manufacture of our product, it does not include the replacement of products that have become blocked or damaged due to an under lying problems up stream of the DPF/CAT or an engine management issue. The warranty does not include the replacement of DPF units that have become damaged due to incorrect fitment. The warranty does not include the replacement of DPF units that have been incorrectly ordered.

Return policy

Items should be checked and fitted by experienced fully qualified automotive technicians to ensure correct diagnostic are being conducted, the return of goods will be accepted up to Fourteen (14) days after initial sale.

Please note: Prior to goods being returned, the customer must inform us of any problems associated with the product. Return freight is payable by the returnee and the goods must be received in original, undamaged condition with proof of purchase. A replacement, credit or exchange will be arranged on completion of assessment of the returned and is at the discretion of MTM-ICS.
